If you’re here, it means that you’ve probably received your aio* card in the mail, set it up, and downloaded the aio* app (available for Android and iOS).
Now all that’s left to do is to use it for the first time!

Log into aio*
Tap on the middle icon “Requests” at the bottom of the screen or use the side menu and tap “My Requests”
Tap on the + symbol on the top right corner to make a new request
This will open the “Make a request” screen
Type in your reason for spend and add any notes you want
Choose the budget that you want to make the request from
Don’t forget to add the request amount and then press the “SUBMIT REQUEST” button
A pop up will confirm that your request was sent.
Press “OK” to dismiss it
You’ll be taken back to the “Requests” screen where you’ll now see your new request under pending requests
If you tap on the request you’ll be able to see all the details.
You’ll also have the option to cancel the request by tapping the “CANCEL REQUEST” button
You should get a notification on your phone once your request has been approved or declined and the request will appear under processed requests
If you select the request to view details you’ll see the option of returning the funds you requested by tapping on the “RETURN UNSPENT FUNDS” button
