Here’s a video and written guide with screenshots showing how to invite users to aio*

 

  • Log into aio*
   

 

 
  • Tap on the “Company” icon at the bottom right hand corner of your screen to open the “Company” page
   

 

 
  • You can also reach the “Company” page by tapping on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) on the top left corner to open the side menu and tapping on “Company” there
   

 

 
  • Once you’re on the “Company” page, tap on “Users” to go to the user page
   

 

 
  • Tap on the + symbol on the top right corner to add new users
   

 

 
  • Type in the email address of the user you want to add
   

 

 
  • You have the option of adding more than one user at a time
  • Once all the email addresses have been entered, tap the “INVITE USERS” button and the newly invited users will be sent an automated email with instructions on how to sign up for an aio* account
   

 

 
  • You’ll be returned to the “Users” page where you’ll see the new  invited users listed
  • Once these users have completed the signup process, their names will move to the main alphabetical “Users” list
