If you’re the company admin or the manager of a particular budget, you can start allocating funds directly onto users’ cards from that.

 

Here are some instructions on how to do so:

 

  • Log into aio*
 

 
  • Tap on “FUNDS” for the budget of your choice and the “FUNDS” menu will pop up
 

 
  • Tap on “Top up card”…
 

 
  • …and the “Top up card” page will appear
 

 
  • Choose the user whose card you want to top up and enter the amount
 

 
  • Press the “TOP UP CARD” button and you’re done!
