Log into aio*
Tap on the + symbol on the top right corner to create a new budget
This is the “Create new budget” menu
Enter the budget name
Enter the description for what the budget is for
Select who the budget will be managed by
All budgets are set to public by default, meaning that they are visible to all users in your company.
If you want this budget only to be visible to some of your users, you can switch it to private…
…and add users with access who will then be able to request funds from this new budget
Now that you’ve filled in all the details, you can tap on the blue “CREATE BUDGET” button
You will be taken back to the “Budgets” page and your new budget will appear at the bottom of your budgets list
Of course you don’t have to create any additional budgets to start using aio*; you can just start allocating funds on user cards directly through the master budget.
